Here is our Spa Policy
Reservations
Due to the popularity of our spa services, we highly recommend you make an Appointment in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. We will always do our best to accommodate walk-in and your requests. It is recommended to plan ahead a couple of weeks in advance for weekend reservations. First time visits require a credit card or gift card/certificate for confirmation.
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure enough time to check in and receive your full service.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule one, we require 24 hours’ In consideration to our other customers, please give a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment. Thank you for your cooperation!
Spa Policy on Minor Clients
Children under 17 years of age may receive some services with a signed consent form for services from a parent/guardian who is concurrently receiving services.
Guest Policies
All spa guests must be 16 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if a wheel chair access is required. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular spa treatments, body treatments and facials is not recommended.
Gift Certificates Policy
Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final for gift cards.
All gift certificates purchased after May. 01, 2010 expire 1 year from purchase date. Expired gift cards can be re-activated for a fee of 50% of the card’s balance. Upon re-activation, the expired card must be used in its full value within 30 days, any remaining balance will be voided. Gift cards are treated as cash; all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.
Payment
Williamsburg Beauty Spa accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover with a $20.00 Minimum We also take Williamsburg Organic Spa gift certificates.
Product Return Policy
Due to Covid-19, we can not accept any returned products.
Our return policies are in accordance with those of our suppliers. Product needs to be in original condition and is returnable within 14 days of purchase with receipt for Spa credit only.
